Introduction: Nitty Gritty Details
Okay, so I decided to mash all remaining sections of the documentation together because I had actually edited the majority of it a while ago. It also just made more sense because these concepts require much less explanation than the previous ones. In this final post on this subject, I share Section 4 (Feats), Section 5 (Biography), and go into the nitty gritty requirements of tracking progress, and scoring. To close it off, I write about some of the most obvious pitfalls and vulnerabilities of the framework. The ending paragraph is on the value of self-awareness. It’s a long one, so I encourage my paying subscribers to grab a coffee or tea if that’s your thing.
As I said from the beginning, this framework is a deeply personal creation, and one that I hope does some amount of good in the world. They could be major projects that they are contributing to as a team member, participation in a major event for our company, work-related certifications, or a side-project that adds significant value to the company.
